The LETS TALK foundation changes the lives of many individuals each and everyday... and we couldn’t think of a more fitting charity organisation to support throughout our Annual Charity Ball.

In a night designed to bring friends, family and colleagues together in an exciting, thrilling, and fun night out, it symbolises one of the key messages stemming from LETS TALK... The benefits are clear: Community engagement can break the stigma of mental health... So, LETS TALK!

A tremendous organisation doing tremendous things for the Warrnambool community... and we are over the moon (or yellow brick road should we say?) to incorporate LETS TALK as our Supported Charity in 2024.

 

The LETS TALK foundation was created in 2016 after a shocking increase in suicide rates in our community. To quote a family member bereaved “if only they felt they could talk to someone, that it’s OK to be struggling and help is there...” The LETS TALK foundation took this message and turned it into a community wide action to end stigma around mental illness and distress, encourage those to seek help, and increase the community knowledge!
